All cigarettes and cigars come with Indonesian government tax stamping. Government health warning on the cigarettes and cigars packaging printed in Indonesian language.
You are responsible for paying duty taxes applied by your local government customs. We recommend you find out your own governments guidelines about importing cigarettes and cigars for personal consumption.
Please Note that we will not accept returns and refund will be applied if you/buyer refuse to pay for the customs taxes.
Make sure that you are not from a country or state where viewing, processing, transporting, purchasing, or distributing tobacco related products is prohibited under local laws.

Delivery and Custom Office
Indonesia Cigarettes(Seller) will deliver all success Payments to Buyer Address in 24hours after Receive Payments execpt Order on Saturday and Local Holidays
Buyer must know and understand limit cigarettes import to destination country.
EMS Office and Indonesia Cigarettes cannot help to pickup your cigarettes Packages from Custom Office was Held for long time.

Sometimes Our Product out of stock and Discountinue. We will confirm to buyer change to another product or wait until that product in stock.

Refund Payments

Payments by Money Order such as Money gram or Bank Transfer will subtract your payments for transfer fee.

We're not responsible for undelivered/ long time delivered order caused hold by Customs. Customs issues and regulations are outside of our control. We DO NOT send any replacement for this. ANY CONFISCATED PACKAGES BY YOUR CUSTOMS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We DO NOT REFUND any money because of this.

If the package was returned to our address, reshipping cost will be paid by the customers, and we suggest using RMS (Registered Mail Service) for risk free shipping service event though it takes more time (14-22 days or more).
